GOOD TO KNOW

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6pm EST.

Orders are processed daily during regular business hours on a first come first serve basis*. 
* During high volume periods this may take up to 1 business day.

Orders are shipped daily at 4pm EST Monday to Friday, orders received after this time will be processed the business day.

Orders will not be released for delivery or shipping until full payment has been received and processed. 

FEES
Delivery and shipping fees are based on the customer's location and the type of item(s) being delivered.

Occasionally a customer may be over charged for shipping by the automated shipping calculator app installed on our shopping cart, if a combined shipping discount applies to your order and it was not captured by the app then a refund will be given before or when the item(s) are released for shipping*.
* The refund will be given as the same method as the original payment.

We do not profit from shipping or delivery, we charge only nominal fees to cover the costs we incur to make the delivery or to ship the item(s) to you.
