Blue Igloo will provide a tracking number(s) that will allow you to view the progress of your parcel(s) delivery process on the Canada Post website.

If you are using an iOS mobile device to make your purchase you can now choose to receive updates for order using the Shop app. Simply download the mobile app from your order status page or the App Store to get started. Read more

GOOD TO KNOW

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 4-6 hours during regular business hours. Orders received outside regular business hours or during holidays are processed the next business day.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6pm EST.

Orders are shipped daily at 4pm EST Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Orders will not be released for delivery or shipping until full payment has been received and processed. 

FEES
Shipping and delivery fees are based on the customer's location, the size and weight of item(s) being shipped.

Occasionally a customer may be over charged for shipping by the automated shipping calculator, if a combined shipping discount applies to your order and it was not captured by the shipping calculator then a refund will be given before the item(s) are released for shipping or delivery*.
* The refund will be given as the same method as the original payment.

We do not profit from shipping or delivery, we charge only nominal fees to cover the costs we incur to make the delivery or to ship the item(s) to you.
