SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return all or some of the items by mail or in person for a refund.

Exchanges of equal or greater value are always free.

When returning items for a refund paid for using a credit card or digital payment method processing fees for the original transaction amount will be deducted from the refund given.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Return the unwanted items in person or by mail within 14 days of the items being picked up or delivered to you.

BY MAIL
Deposit the items to be returned into your local post system or courier service within 14 days of the items being picked up or delivered to you.

Contact us once you have deposited the items into your local postal system and provide us with the tracking number for the items being returned.

IN PERSON
If you would like to return items in person to our studio please contact us to arrange an appointment.*

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The items must be unused, in the original condition and packaging.

An original receipt must be presented at the time of the transaction.

Seasonal items may be exchanged or returned up to 21 days prior to the holiday.

All clearance items, art, consignment merchandise, special order or custom orders, furniture and fees associated with design services are FINAL SALE.

All returns are subject to approval. Returns that do not meet our terms and conditions will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Rejected returns can be picked up by the customer for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated to a local charity or disposed of.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we have received the items back a refund will be issued within 24-48 hours. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on a bank or credit card statement.

Depending on your payment method and your financial institution it may take 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.

A refund will be given as the same method as the original payment.

FEES
The customer pays for all return shipping related costs.

Original shipping and delivery fees are non refundable.

Any costs incurred by Blue Igloo related to the recovery or redirection of packages will be subtracted from the refund given.

Processing fees charged by the card issuer*, the card network**, and the payment processor*** for processing the original transaction amount will be subtracted from the refund given.
Processing fees vary and are determined by the card issuer, the card network, and the payment processor. A minimum of 2.9% of the original transaction amount plus $0.30 (transaction fee) will be deducted from the refund given.

* A bank or financial institution
** Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other card type/digital payment service
*** The financial institution that works in the background to securely process and complete a credit card or digital payment transaction
