Mounting instructions

1. Clean the surface where the item will be mounted and allow to dry
2. Wash and dry suction hook
3. Place hook in the desired location, press firmly in the centre. Rub around the suction pad edge to remove excess air

Trouble shooting
Suction is not holding

1. Run the suction pad under hot water. This will shrink the suction back to its original shape
2. Clean the surface where the item is being mounted with an alcohol based cleaner, dust or dirt that is preventing the suction pad from making a good seal
3. Try mounting the holder to another surface
4. Ensure the environment where the holder is mounted has a constant normal room temperature, extreme temperature changes and cold temperatures can cause the suction to fail
5. The item you are trying to hold in the holder may weigh too much, the max load is 300 g / 10 oz
