Returns and refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return qualifying items by mail or in person within 14 days of receiving the items for a refund.

How to make a return

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's main navigation or the begin a return link in the store's footer navigation.
1. Log in to your account:

  1. In the email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.


By mail
Drop off the items to be returned at your local post office or courier service.

In person
If you would like to return items in person please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Terms and conditions
The items must be unused, in the original condition and packaging.

An original receipt must be presented at the time of the transaction.

Seasonal items may be exchanged or returned up to 21 days prior to the holiday.

All clearance items, furniture, art and fees associated with design services are final sale.

All returns are subject to approval. Returns that do not meet our terms and conditions will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Rejected returns can be picked up by the customer for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated to a local charity or disposed of.

Refund processing
Once we have received your return a refund will be issued within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification when a refund has been issued. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on a bank or credit card statement.

A refund will be given as the same method as the original payment.

Fees
The customer pays for all return shipping related costs.

Original shipping and all delivery fees are non refundable.

Any costs incurred by Blue Igloo related to the recovery or redirection of packages will be subtracted from the refund given.

Credit card and digital payment processing fees for the original transaction amount will be deducted from the refund given. Processing fees vary, a minimum of 2.9% of the original transaction amount plus $0.30 (transaction fee) will be deducted.

Exchanges of equal or greater value are always free.
