Payments

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. Online we accept all major credit cards, in person we accept Visa, Master Card, and cash.

Q. How do I make a payment online?

A. Simply press the Buy Now button, you will be redirected to a payment screen then, follow the prompts.

We use PayPal to process all of our online transactions.

Q. Do I pay tax on my purchase?

A. If the delivery address is within Canada yes  (see below for tax rates), if the delivery address is outside of Canada no.

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

Tax Rate: 5%

When an item is purchased online and shipped to the following Canadian provinces then GST will be applied to the subtotal: Prince Edward Island, Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut

HST (Harmonized Sales Tax)

Tax Rate: Varies; tax rate is dependent on province

When an item is purchased online and shipped to the following Canadian provinces then HST will be applied to the subtotal:

British Columbia

Tax Rate: 12%

Ontario, Newfoundland, Labrador, New Brunswick

Tax Rate: 13%

Nova Scotia

Tax Rate: 15%

Note: When using the Buy Now button sales tax (if applicable) will be added to the total.

Delivery

Q. How much is delivery?

A. Delivery is dependent on the buyer’s shipping address, number and size of items purchased.  When you complete your purchase and provide your mailing address you will receive an invoice for delivery by email within 24 – 48 hours.

Q. When will my item ship?

A. When payment for your purchase is received your purchase will be processed within 24 – 48 hours.

Q. Can I pick my purchase up in person?

A. Yes, only if an appointment has been scheduled with an associate.

Parking Options
Paid street parking is available on the North and South side of Queen street.
Free street parking is also available on other near by side streets depending on the day and time of your visit.
